Refund policy

All of the products in our store are digital products, and as such cannot be returned.

As a result, we do not as a rule give refunds for printable products. We may, however, choose to give exchanges or refunds on a case-by-case basis, such as in the following situations:

• You mistakenly bought 2 of the same printable product
• You bought a digital product, but intended to buy the paperback of the same name
• You signed up for Kitten Math Club for the wrong age level and would like to switch
