I'M TRYING TO EDIT THE PDF, BUT IT'S SAYING I NEED A PASSWORD

Editing, altering, manipulating, changing, or recreating our printables is against copyright. We can't send you the password; I'm very sorry.

 

I DOWNLOADED TOO MANY TIMES AND CAN'T DOWNLOAD AGAIN. CAN YOU UP MY LINK PRIVILEGES?

For security reasons, we have a limit to how many times one product can be downloaded. If this is a free product, the best thing to do is to just reorder the product again. If it is a paid-for item, we can up the link download settings on a case-by-case basis.

 

CAN I SHARE YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES?

Thank you for sharing! Yes, you can share the images, just please link them back to the appropriate place in the shop and/or credit this shop (shop.artfulmath.com) when sharing.

 

I'M HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES DOWNLOADING...

There are two most common culprits:

1) Issues with your browser

• Try downloading from a laptop or desktop (not a cell phone), with Chrome, Explorer, or Firefox.
• Check that you are using the most recent version. 
• Sometimes issues can be tied to extensions installed in a browser.

2) You can't find the file location

• Sometimes it will download, but you can't find it anywhere!
• Look first in Downloads under My Computer. 
• If you can't find it there, search the title of the file on your computer. 

3) If none of these things work, search Google for help with your specific browser. 

• Typing in the error code you're seeing can be very helpful when searching.

DO YOU OFFER CLASSES OR TUTORING?

While I no longer provide one-on-one tutoring, I do occasionally offer online and in-person group math circles for girls in 2nd - 5th grade. Join the waiting list to be informed of upcoming math circles. 

The best way to get a math circle going quickly is for you to organize a private group with your child and some of her friends. The minimum is 6 girls. Contact me and we can chat about how to set this up.
